How does coaching work?
All coaching is personalized for your goals and lifestyle. After you have completed your coaching purchase, I will get in touch with you. Call, text or email, whatever you are most comfortable with. We will have a conversation to find out your current situation and goals for training. I will listen to everything you say to make sure we are on the same page. Before any training is started, I will need to review a current photo of you so I have a better idea of where we are starting from. Once the call is complete I can start working on plan for you to achieve goals in a decent time.
How are reviews and feedback handled?
There will be weekly checkins calls. We will discuss how you are feeling, are you hungry, are you full, is everything is working, do we need to fine tuning anything? I have a personal interest in your success and want to do everything I can to make sure you are satisfied.
Does it matter where I live?
No. I help clients from all across the country but if you are in Georgia, specifically the Conyers, Stone Mountain, Latonia or Atlanta area then we can train in person.
Do you help with show prep?
Yes. If you are only interested in contest prep then I offer 2 different packages - an 8 and 12 week option. Visit the shop for more information.
How many days per week will my training be?
I will work with you to develop a training schedule that is optimal for you lifestyle. My only rule is we need to hit everything twice a week!
What if I need help?
All Forged Strength thletes can call, text or email anytime they need help.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
If you are not satisfied for any reason, I will refund your money.
Can I signup for personal training?
If you are in the Conyers, Stone Mountain, Latonia or Atlanta, Georgia area then you can train with me anytime.
